mGICserves clients
in three primary ways:
Analysis and Advisory
We assist clients in implementing policies, evaluating
hedging applications, and in the appropriate use of products. We take
into account a client’s legal framework, finances, risk tolerance
and the current market conditions. We educate client boards and committees
through personal presentations. We independently verify pricing of proposed
transactions with our own real-time pricing models.
Execution
We guide the process of structuring and negotiating
the details of the agreement with an eye to putting the most advantageous
form in place for the client. We then execute agreements on the client’s
behalf - generally through competitive bid.
Monitoring and Management...SMV
Through our subsidiary
SMV, we provide continuing service to the
client after the execution hedging transactions by monitoring mark-to-market
valuations and the effectiveness of clients’ portfolios.
